About the Director and Founder
Sudhir Mishra
Sudhir Mishra is an Indian film director and screenwriter
who has been working in the Hindi film industry for over
30 years. He is known for his gritty and realistic films
that often deal with social and political issues.
Some of his most critically acclaimed films include
Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi (2005), Dharavi (1992),
Chameli (2003), Serious men (2020) and Afwaah (2023).
Mr Mishra has won numerous awards for his work,
including National Film Awards and a Filmfare Award.
In 2010, he was awarded the prestigious Chevalier of
the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French
Government for his contribution to Indian cinema. He is
considered one of the most valuable and influential
directors working in India today.

A Writer with a background in Mechatronics Engineering, Brand Strategy and Filmmaking, Gunit has worked at leading advertising agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather and Wieden + Kennedy and has earned several accolades including India’s first Grand Prix for Effectiveness at Cannes and a place in the Impact 30 Under 30 list for Advertising and Marketing in India.
He has worked as a Writer, Associate and Script Supervisor and has been associated with Sudhir Mishra since 2022.
Sanjeev Kaul

• Writer/Director/Producer for single shot film Man Naked presented by Anurag Kashyap.
•Writer for Abbas Mustan film Machine.

• He has directed more than 2000 episodes of top television shows for Star Plus, Sony, Zee TV and Ekta Kapoor.
Udai Singh Pawar
Co-Producer/Director/Writer
A Writer-Director who Directed the acclaimed Netflix Original ‘Upstarts’. His recent work includes writing JioCinema’s ’Murder in Mahim.’ Previously, he was Associate Director to Sudhir Mishra on films such as Inkaar and Yeh Saali Zindagi, and also to Raja Menon on Airlift.
An IIT Kanpur graduate with a deep background in blending Art and Technology, prior to film, he has worked at Microsoft Research, ARRI Camera R&D and the MIT Media Lab, his work leading to US patents and top research publications.
Jawahar Sharma
Business Development
An Independent Producer and Advisor who works with both Indian and International clientele, he started his career with YRF in 1998 as Head of Operations & Distribution (Americas) and later became COO for Reliance Entertainment’s International Business in 2008. He then founded an independent distribution label called Cinergy Independent Film Services.
He also went on to serve as Sr Consultant Business Affairs (Phantom Films), Senior Literary Agent (CAA Kwan) and Executive Produced the Netflix Original film Upstarts (2019).
Raj Roy
Head of Production
Raj has worked with Tips films on their films Race 2, Entertainment and Phata Poster Nikla Hero as production executive and post-production head. Additionally, he’s worked on more than 30 films as a promo producer for Trigger Happy Entertainment for films like Rockstar, Agent Vinod, Cocktail, Murder 2, Mausam, Ekk Main Aur Ek Tu, Arjun the warrior Prince, Jannat 2, English Vinglish.
He got experience as a Producer for various non fiction shows for channels like Sahara Filmy, Zoom and NDTV and also worked as a Producer in Viiking Entertainment and was instrumental in launching their Websites and Youtube pages.
